I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for our organization has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 28th, 2024.
Here are the details of the meeting:
Please note that we will be providing muffins from the kitchen at Amhi. I will be contacting Amhi a week before the meeting to confirm the number of muffins we need. Your prompt confirmation of attendance will greatly assist us in this planning.
Regarding the voting process at the AGM, please be informed that we will be conducting an Attendees and Proxy vote Therefore, there will be no nominations from the floor during the meeting.
The agenda for the meeting, along with the details of the Proxy vote, will be shared with you in due course. We kindly request that you confirm your attendance at your earliest convenience to facilitate the necessary arrangements.
